Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end operational process reviews to identify control gaps, process risks, and inefficiencies across logistics and supply chain environments. Perform risk impact assessments, track mitigation activities, and provide periodic risk status reporting to leadership. Execute internal control reviews and testing to validate effectiveness while monitoring remediation of revenue leakage, billing errors, and cost overstatements. Support the development, review, and maintenance of corporate policies, SOPs, and governance standards for IT controls. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on governance, risk, compliance, and operational resilience, providing independent risk insights and emerging issue identification. Guide employees through training and deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting as required. Requires 7–13 years of internal audit experience with supervisory responsibilities and up to 30% domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management
- 7–13 years of direct internal audit experience with responsibility for planning and leading audits
- 4–7 years of supervisory or people management experience
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate into actionable insights
- Bachelor's Degree
- Up to 30% domestic travel
Desired Qualifications
- 8–13 years of internal audit, compliance, risk management, or related experience
- 7–10+ years of supervisory experience
- Understanding of IT controls, systems risks, and data governance
- Deep understanding of internal controls frameworks(e.g., COSO, SOX)
- Experience supporting complex operational, logistics, or supply chain environments
