Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Analysts to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and functional specifications; collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to ensure solutions support business objectives; facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews; develop business process models (BPMN, UML) and use cases; maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle and drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, business solutions, or technical solutions roles
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Advanced knowledge of BABOK, BPMN
- Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements
- Proficient in business process modeling and workflow analysis
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience translating business needs into actionable solutions, collaborating with product owners, architects, and technical teams
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop business and technical analysts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
