Conduct business analytics strategy and execution to drive growth across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, e.l.f. Hair, Well People, Naturium, and rhode. Lead data analysis initiatives supporting the company's $1.6 billion net sales performance and seven consecutive years of category-leading growth. Manage portfolio expansion efforts while leveraging competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, and equity. Maintain a hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days at home.
