Job Summary
Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of analytics, reporting, and data warehouse capabilities for the Respiratory Health business. Develop and manage the analytics roadmap, establish KPI frameworks, and lead documentation of business requirements to ensure successful solution design and adoption. Oversee data governance, quality, and validation practices while driving innovation through advanced analytics, AI, and automation to improve operational efficiency. Coach and develop a high-performing Business Intelligence team, partnering closely with IT, Finance, Reimbursement, and Patient Services to translate business priorities into scalable data solutions. Based in St. Paul, MN with a hybrid schedule, this role supports a mission to save and sustain lives through data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
