Job Summary
Manager, Business Analysis position leading a team of 3-6 analysts across property management, facilities services, project management, and corporate solutions. Oversees ERP/property-management system upgrades and data migration initiatives; drives strategic initiatives, analytics roadmaps, and governance. Requires leadership experience, strong data analytics (Power BI/Tableau, SQL), expertise with ERP and real estate tech (Yardi, MRI, Argus, SAP/Oracle, IWMS like Archibus/Planon/Maximo), and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, with stakeholder facilitation and executive communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
- Experience within commercial real estate, property management, facilities management, or professional services industries strongly preferred
- Experience with leading teams of business analysts
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong SQL, database concepts, and data integration principles
- Experience with property management systems (Yardi, MRI, Argus), ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle), or IWMS solutions (Archibus, Planon, Maximo) highly desirable
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex business challenges
- Experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development
- Knowledge of commercial real estate operations including lease structures, CAM reconciliation, and portfolio management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
- Preferred certifications like CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product ownership
- Background in management consulting or business transformation
