Job Summary
Lead the Business Analyst and Project Management functions at Kite Realty Group (KRG). This role interacts with internal customers and external vendors to identify and propose solutions for accomplishing business objectives. Work closely with project team members to establish project needs, deadlines, and budgets where applicable and adhere to PMO standards. Accountable to delegate tasks among project team members and contribute to advancing the company’s enterprise objectives by supporting tool sets (Microsoft Suite, MRI, Salesforce, Argus, Informatica, DocuSign, VersaPay). Responsibilities include supporting strategic and operational planning, capturing and managing functional and nonfunctional requirements and user stories, coordinating with IT to establish sprint backlogs, leading backlog refinement, coordinating resources and daily operations to deliver projects on time and within scope, delegating tasks, making decisions on project progression, acting as a point of contact for multi-unit projects, performing quality control, adjusting schedules/financing as needed, defining success metrics, reporting status, documenting current processes and system integrations, and guiding business partners on platform enhancements and IT transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Understanding of and/ or exposure to PowerBI
- Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership ability in a matrixed environment with ability to drive and motivate non-direct reports
- Must be a team player, show initiative, possess excellent verbal and written communication and be able to interact professionally and effectively at all levels
- Excellent understanding of project management principles
- Experience planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet requirements while controlling budget, scope, and timeline
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- Familiarity with one or more project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems
