Job Summary
Lead and manage a group of Business Analysts, providing hands-on oversight and guidance across requirements gathering, use case and user story development, and coordination with IT and stakeholders. Drive process improvements and PMD process enhancements, maintain clear communication across Business and IT Teams, and mentor staff. Collaborate with an existing Business Analysis Group Manager as a peer, supervise and develop direct reports, and ensure well-defined business requirements, use cases, and user stories aligned with best practices. Partner with Project Managers to meet project schedules, estimate resources, monitor milestones, and report issues impacting progress. On-site or remote regular attendance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrable leadership experience with 5 to 10 team members
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications or analogous experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
- Experience with Requirement Management Software (e.g. JAMA, JIRA, Caliber)
- Ability to supervise staff, set goals, and conduct performance reviews
- Ability to collaborate with Project Managers to meet schedules and milestones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in health care industry preferred
