Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of private business and family group clients by providing strategic accounting, taxation, and business advisory services. Review complex financial statements, income tax returns, and advisory engagements while developing trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders. Lead the delivery of complex engagements, mentor junior team members, and identify commercial opportunities that add value to client portfolios. Work closely with Partners on business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's technical capability and practice growth. Enjoy high-level autonomy, direct access to experienced Partners, and a clear pathway toward Director or Partner within Perth's largest private non-networked advisory firm.
Required Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualification
- Significant experience within Business Advisory and Tax
- experience gained in a Chartered Accounting environment
- Strong technical expertise across private companies, trusts, family groups and taxation
- Experience managing a portfolio of business clients

- Excellent leadership skills
