Job Summary
Collaborate with Store Leaders to drive Store Scorecard results by managing hiring, staffing, scheduling, and the in-store experience. Lead the hiring process from applicant correspondence through coaching peers, while interviewing, training, and evaluating direct reports to reduce turnover. Maintain profitability by overseeing P&L, cash office functions, payroll, and controllable expenses, ensuring compliance with selling costs and average hourly rates. Direct strategies for tech and store-wide process initiatives, manage hours utilization, and conduct monthly housekeeping audits to uphold a safe, clean environment. Resolve safety concerns and address complaints while fostering a respectful culture. Requires 3-5 years of retail management experience and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in a retail store
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands
- Remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 30 lbs
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching above eye level
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
