Job Summary
Lead and manage the Building Certification and Technical Compliance teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused regulatory services across the City. Provide specialist advice on building certification, compliance, and statutory enforcement while driving continuous improvement through process reviews and performance monitoring. Coach and mentor technical professionals to foster a high-performing team culture aligned with operational excellence. This newly created role strengthens Council's approach to development outcomes, shaping the future direction of the service within the City of Parramatta's growth and transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Town Planning, Fire Safety, Engineering or a related discipline
- Current Class C Driver's Licence

- Registered Building Surveyor - Unrestricted Accreditation
