Job Summary
Prepare budgets, quarterly and monthly rolling forecasts, and financial reports for agencies and GroupM, ensuring timely submission to regional offices. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances to drive growth and improve financial margins. Present financial data using Power BI to local and regional management, while performing monthly closing and liaising with the regional finance team. Assist in planning mid-to-long term strategies to optimize resource deployment and overall business performance.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Finance)/ACCA qualified
- Advanced Power BI user knowledge
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
- people, team management skill
- Self-driven, forward looking, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus
- Ability to lead, plan and manage change
- Ability to earn respect and trust from senior management and external stakeholders
- Diligent and willing to be hands, 'roll up your sleeves'
- Flexibility and comfortable working in a fast pace matrix reporting environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive thinking, motivated and collaborative team player
- In depth knowledge of processes, tools and techniques
