Manager Budget and Financial Analysis- Adena Health (FT) Days

Manage the annual budget by configuring the budgeting system, coordinating necessary inputs, and ensuring accurate reporting throughout the process. Coordinate monthly reviews with Operations to analyze variances and align actual values with budgeted figures. Lead and assist in financial analysis using productivity and management reporting tools within the Strata system, operating under the guidance of the Director, FP&A and Business Decision Support. This full-time role supports the regional healthcare system's mission to serve communities through rigorous financial oversight and strategic planning.
