Job Summary
Lead a team delivering sales and education support across business units; drive standardization, optimization, and advancement of operations; oversee sales support operations, event/project coordination, and compliance-aligned activities; manage objectives, coaching, and resource allocation to sustain high engagement and productivity; coordinate with sales, marketing, and professional relations operations; organize data reporting, KPI design, and performance monitoring; drive business-process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to enable growth in DePuy Synthes’ Tokyo operations.
