Job Summary
Lead a team to manage overall operations of assigned properties, enhancing value through efficient facilities and cost management. Act as Chief Liaison with tenants and regulatory authorities to coordinate complaint resolutions and provide ground-level expertise. Oversee annual strategic planning and budgeting for operations and maintenance while managing cyclical repairs, term contracts, and minor capital projects. Ensure building services and contractor compliance meet standards, including Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements. Monitor internal and statutory policies to drive continuous process improvements and system audits. Prepare monthly management reports with expense variance analysis and establish a safety-first culture by driving safe work practices for the FMC.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related Engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experiences and knowledge of all phases of property management, as well as procurement of property management services
- Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and CAD
- Excellent team player with excellent planning, communication and good interpersonal skills
- Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work with flexible time and to manage operations and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP
- Certification as a Fire Safety Manager
