Job Summary
Pizzeria leadership role managing Antonio's in Brunswick. Oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, supervising a team of Pizzaiolos and apprentices, ensuring shifts run with operational excellence. Responsibilities include interviewing and assisting with hiring, performance reviews and coaching, opening/closing duties, cash handling and inventory, welcoming guests, preparing ingredients per recipes, maintaining kitchen equipment and sanitation, cleaning and maintenance of workstations, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Requires learning and training all stations, strong cooking knowledge, computer literacy, and effective communication. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Consent to background screening (criminal, driving and drug screening)
- Server Safe Certified or willing to go through internal SSC Class
- Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
- Must be computer literate
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, selection and training processes
- Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
- Ability to train and oversee team members across front and back of house
- Ability to maintain food safety standards and inventory control
