Job Summary
Manager-Broadview: Manage day-to-day operations of Antonio's restaurant as a Pizzaiolo leader; oversee kitchen and front-of-house teams, conduct interviews and training, ensure food safety standards, oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling and inventory, and drive operational excellence. Lead a team through performance reviews, disciplinary coaching, and staff development; ensure guest satisfaction and a strong restaurant culture with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities. Candidates should be able to work up to 55 hours per week, including weekends/holidays, and have strong cooking knowledge, cost-of-goods-sold awareness, and the ability to train and recruit staff. Pay range $45,000-$55,000 annually; includes benefits and career-path advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection and training
- Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Server Safe Certified or willing to go through internal SSC Class
