Job Summary
Lead motion graphics solutions for MLS, MLS NEXT Pro, and MLS NEXT broadcast operations, including designing for streaming and matchday graphics. Manage headshots and static images for broadcast packages while art directing virtual studio designs. Offer new ideas for graphics packages and attend meetings to review designs with MLS partners and staff. Assist with matchday broadcast operations on midweek evenings and weekends, requiring availability for non-traditional hours including travel. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, VizRT Artist, and Arena.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a generalist producing high-end 2D and 3D motion graphics design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficient with VizRT Artist
- Familiar with VizRT Arena
- Proficient with motion design, typography, color theory, illustration, photography, and layout
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel and to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Spanish Language (business proficiency)
