Job Summary
Manager oversees Broadband Services implementation teams (Asset & Ticket Management, ETL data conversion, and Provisioning) with a focus on strategic leadership for departmental operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives. Responsible for ensuring successful development, implementation, and support of Broadband Services solutions, maintaining Member/customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal leaders, cross-functional teams, and vendors. Requires 10-15 years of experience with leadership experience, a four-year degree (or comparable experience), and the ability to manage budgets, proposals, contracts, and strategic plans. Emphasizes driving innovation, customer service excellence, reporting, and mentorship within the team, while aligning with the division and company strategic direction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience
- 7 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Mastery of Project Management processes and theory
- Mastery of Service Level Management (SLM) best practices
- Advanced knowledge of the Broadband industry (operational, technical, business requirements)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within critical deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals
