Job Summary
Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of the free gift program, including product concepting, sourcing brand partnerships, and fulfillment coordination. Identify and evaluate new gift concepts while negotiating terms with partners to maintain quality standards and build a reliable merch pipeline. Own project management across the program, keeping cross-functional workstreams on track and determining order quantities based on historical opt-in rates and survey data. Set and track performance goals for conversion rates and cost per acquisition, collaborating with Creative, Member Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to develop campaigns and messaging. Partner with the broader growth team on channel strategy to promote offers across paid and owned media.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, project management, or growth
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator with the ability to align internal teams around a vision and build strong relationships externally
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret performance data and act on it
- Ability to perform in a highly iterative and dynamic work environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- A self-starter with a track record of taking ownership and driving projects from strategy to execution
- High standards for quality and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with merchandise development, product sourcing, or retail is strongly preferred
- A love of reading and contemporary fiction
