Job Summary
Lead brand strategy and activations for the franchise across content, retail, and experiences, shaping long-term brand vision and cross-category storytelling. Define positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks; develop annual and multi-year brand plans; identify opportunities across platforms (e.g., YouTube, digital ecosystems) and audience segments. Partner with cross-functional teams to embed brand strategy early in product development, content creation, and go-to-market planning; manage agency partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences and activations; monitor brand health and performance, and translate consumer insights and cultural trends into actionable campaigns. Demonstrated ability to build culturally relevant campaigns, lead cross-functional teams, and drive growth while maintaining consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across markets. Proven ability to pitch ideas to senior stakeholders and manage budgets/P&L at the brand level.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing with a foundation in brand strategy, franchise strategy, or brand building
- Experience across content, retail, eCommerce, and/or experiential marketing
- Ability to translate consumer insights and cultural trends into actionable brand strategies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; confident in pitching to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration abilities
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills; proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
