Job Summary
Manager, Brand Marketing, Sports responsible for the planning, development, and execution of brand marketing campaigns across Versant’s sports properties (USA Sports, Golf Channel) and some entertainment assets. Responsibilities include supporting senior leaders in developing brand strategies, managing multi-platform campaign planning and budgets, ensuring brand consistency across linear, streaming, digital, and social deliverables, gathering campaign insights and recap materials, creating marketing materials and presentations, coordinating with leagues and partnerships, collaborating with content distribution teams, maintaining campaign documentation, tracking deliverables and timelines, organizing status meetings, and supporting promotional activations. Growth opportunities emphasize multi-platform strategy, sports marketing and partnership support, and cross-network collaboration. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of brand marketing or related experience in sports, media, consumer marketing, or entertainment
- Hands-on experience supporting multi-platform marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sports and/or entertainment marketing
- Familiarity with digital and social media marketing platforms
- Experience working with media and promotional agencies
- Experience supporting sales or client-facing teams is a plus
