Job Summary
Lead end-to-end seasonal brand marketing planning for the country, translating global brand strategies into locally relevant, culturally impactful executions. Build and deliver integrated marketing plans that energize creators and consumers, elevate key brand stories, and drive marketplace and business impact. This includes developing hyper-local content, activating key city-led programs, and ensuring seamless execution of seasonal gameplans. Oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing strategies and strong alignment with business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration across country and global teams and team leadership are essential to success.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Converse ecosystem, youth culture, creator trends, and consumer behavior
- Proven experience in marketing planning, storytelling, and integrated campaign execution
- Strong budget management and project management capabilities
- Experience with marketing tools, analytics, and data synthesis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills including: acts with courage, leads change, fosters teamwork, values differences, cultivates innovation, drives accountability and clarity, wins with consumers
