Job Summary
Manager, Brand Management - Tea at The Coca-Cola Company leads alignment of local brand strategies with overall company strategy to drive profitable growth, manages local brand P&L, and develops 2-3 year growth plans with consideration of local positioning. Partners with Operating Unit category teams to create common plans, analyzes KPI data to translate insights into actionable steps, and oversees budgets and timelines to ensure flawless execution. Drives brand programs with consumers and shoppers in collaboration with bottling partners, leverages internal and external partnerships to impact market share, and executes financial and operational routines. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business-related fields; 3+ years in marketing; familiarity with Nielsen/IRI data and quantitative research tools; strong understanding of brand concepts and consumer behavior; ability to manage agencies, present to senior stakeholders, and operate in a cross-functional, globally connected Coca‐Cola system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Strategic Management and/or Business
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience with Nielsen or IRI, Bases and other quantitative research tools
- Knowledge of marketing concepts (brand positioning, SWOT, consumer segmentation)
- Ability to manage and inspire agency performance
- Experience presenting to internal and external senior contacts
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Ability to work with geographically spread, culturally diverse teams
