Job Summary

Manager, Brand Management SPF leads local brand activation for Spain, building annual brand plans and overseeing campaigns, activations, promos, and experiential marketing across digital, social, OOH, sponsorship, and in-store touchpoints. Collaborates with bottlers and cross-functional teams, supports the Senior Marketing Director on cross-functional initiatives, manages brand budgets and timelines, analyzes KPI data to generate actionable insights, prepares market analyses and presentations, and coordinates with agencies on adaptation briefs and quality control. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing/business, at least 5 years in brand management/consumer marketing/FMCG activation, fluency in Spanish and English, strong project management and collaboration skills, and willingness to travel 0–25%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing/business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing or FMCG activation on a local market level
  • Fluent Spanish and Fluent English
  • Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Experience in brand activation across digital, social, OOH, experiential, sponsorship, and in-store touchpoints
  • Ability to manage brand program budgets (DME) and timelines
  • Experience collaborating with agencies (creative, digital, shopper, packaging)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with data analysis to drive insights and actions
  • Budget management and governance
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Experience in Spirits/Alcohol brands is a plus
