Job Summary

Manager, Brand & Digital Engagement will own Splash’s day-to-day brand presence across digital platforms, lead editorial planning, and produce compelling donor- and partner-facing communications. Responsibilities include maintaining brand identity and guidelines, managing a library of assets, developing an editorial calendar and digital campaigns tied to fundraising priorities, writing and editing content across emails, website stories, blogs, fact sheets, and annual reports, collaborating with program, country, and leadership teams to gather stories and data, and providing messaging guidance. The role also leads website ownership and digital engagement efforts, expands social media presence, analyzes performance to improve reach and conversion, and develops materials for fundraising events and external engagements. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in brand/communications/digital engagement/nonprofit fundraising, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, experience managing websites and digital campaigns, familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (Salesforce NPSP/EveryAction preferred), digital analytics, design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign), strong project management, ethical storytelling, and interest in global development/WASH. Compensation range is $75,000-$90,000 with benefits and a flexible, time-zone-aware remote arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • 5 years+ of relevant experience in brand, communications, digital engagement, content strategy, or nonprofit fundraising communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; strong judgment around tone, audience, and message discipline.
  • Experience managing websites, social media channels, editorial calendars, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience creating donor-facing or partner-facing materials such as presentations, reports, campaign assets, one-pagers, or impact stories.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms; Salesforce NPSP and/or EveryAction strongly preferred.
  • Experience with digital analytics, email marketing, and publishing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to ethical storytelling and thoughtful representation of children, communities, and partners.
  • Interest in global development, WASH, and mission-driven communications.
