Job Summary
Manage the editorial calendar and produce timely content for the Tory Burch Foundation's digital channels, including email, social media, webinars, and live events. Shape stories around founder growth, develop short-form video, draft newsletters, and edit founder stories while maintaining the Foundation's voice across registration pages and campaign messaging. Support webinar development by identifying topics, aligning speakers, and converting live sessions into follow-up content and social storytelling. Use audience data and channel performance to refine content strategy, optimize assets, and ensure all materials align with growth priorities and program launches.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand content, social media, editorial, communications, or digital marketing
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear, useful, and engaging
- Experience managing content across web, email, social media, video, webinars, and/or live events
- Demonstrated ability to create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports marketing goals
- Versed in drafting briefs and working with video, graphics and media teams
- Strong understanding of channel-specific best practices, including social-first storytelling, email marketing, newsletter content, audience segmentation, and performance optimization
- Experience developing content for webinars, events, newsletters, founder/customer stories, thought leadership, or branded content
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear content plans, campaign messaging, and high-quality assets
- Versed in web content development and familiarity with UX best practices
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, approvals, creative inputs, and production details
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, programs, partnerships, external experts, creative teams, and senior leaders
- Proficient at using data and performance insights to improve content, optimize assets, and identify opportunities for growth
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail, urgency, follow-through, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace, Monday.com or other project management platforms, email marketing platforms, CMS tools, webinar platforms, and social publishing tools preferred
