Job Summary
Build and manage marketing plans that support business growth goals, identifying new ways to attract customers and improve retention. Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, ensuring activities support revenue growth while tracking market trends and competitor activities. Maintain a clear brand message across all customer-facing channels, protecting reputation and improving customer experience through data-driven decisions. Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand visibility and business opportunities, working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align priorities. Present performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership, managing budgets to ensure strong return on investment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, growth, or business development roles
- At least 2 years of people management experience leading teams or cross-functional projects
- Strong experience building and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple customer channels
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning
- Experience using data and reporting to measure marketing performance and improve results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
