Job Summary
As Branch Manager for the Surrey, BC location, you will oversee daily operations of a B2B small-scale retail branch, including staff management, merchandise presentation, sales oversight, and customer service excellence. You’ll drive sales targets, manage expenses and inventory, hire/train/develop a small team, conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations, schedule staff, ensure safety and health compliance, build customer relationships, and coordinate events and local outreach to grow walk-in traffic and profitability. The role also encompasses occasional warehouse and customer service duties, with a focus on leadership to deliver superior service and achieve key business results. Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 3+ years in sales, 1-3 years managing a team, strong planning and interpersonal skills, and ability to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
- 3+ years professional sales experience in related industry
- 1-3 years experience managing a team
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of customer services standards and satisfaction evaluation
