Manager - Branch Operations - Express Logistics

Oversee branch operations and drive growth: develop and present branch AOP and execution plans, deliver revenue and EBITDA through controlled operations and cost management, and optimize resource utilization to support short- and long-term growth. Create annual, quarterly, and monthly operations plans across service lines; ensure end-to-end daily operations, compliance, and superior customer satisfaction. Build capacity for peak seasons through infrastructure and manpower, monitor competitive activity and MIS reporting, manage vendor relationships, set and review KPIs for large accounts, handle escalations, and administer day-to-day branch administration. Lead recruitment, development, and retention of branch teams, foster a culture of learning and safety, and uphold quality and audit standards to support branch growth and regional expansion.
