Manager, BPA Operations

Manager, BPA Operations role leading the BPA Operations scope for IM Japan within Novartis Finance. Responsibilities include leading the financial planning process for the scope, collaborating with senior management, tracking monthly financial reports and variances in sales, costs, and headcount, driving productivity improvements in BPA tasks, embracing AI forecasting with local and global teams, driving new financial processes and ensuring local implementation of Global digital tools and standardization, and collaborating with Strategy & Growth and TMO to prioritize portfolios and implement a new operating model. The role requires agility, a growth mindset, stakeholder management, informal leadership, and adaptability to changing requirements. The candidate will work with tools such as Genie/GAIA and coordinate with Global Finance Transformation Team, Digital Finance, IM BPA, FTT, and other stakeholders to enable digital finance transformation and process efficiency.
