Manager boutique - Nantes Atlantis- h/f

Manage the Nantes Atlantis boutique by ensuring staff well-being, fostering a positive work environment, and serving as the brand ambassador to visitors. Track store performance indicators, lead cross-functional projects, and participate in manager challenges and events. Support team members through daily coaching and skill development. You will report to the Regional Manager and complete an initial e-learning and immersion training period. This role supports Free Distribution's expansion goal of reaching 350 boutiques within four years.
