Job Summary
Manage the Dieppe boutique team by ensuring staff well-being, fostering a positive work environment, and guiding daily skill development. Serve as the brand ambassador to visitors while tracking store performance indicators and leading on-site challenges. Participate in cross-functional projects and regional manager events. Join the Dieppe store under the Regional Manager Yoann, utilizing internal tools to support the team and customers. Complete an initial e-learning and immersion training program before starting.
Required Qualifications
- Bac +2 à Bac +4
- Expérience de management d'une équipe pendant au moins 2 ans
- Être un véritable manager-coach
- Être à l'écoute de ses équipes comme des abonnés
- Avoir des capacités à fédérer
- Être de nature organisé(e)
- Être dynamique
- Savoir gérer les imprévus
