Job Summary
Warehouse Manager responsible for leading Columbus operations, overseeing inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and safety while driving productivity, quality, and cost improvements. Build and coach teams, optimize processes, manage WMS usage, and ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of warehouse management or operations leadership experience
- Forklift certification required; heavy forklift experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in WMS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, shipping/receiving, and logistics operations
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices
