Job Summary
Coordinate operations for Coordinated Evening Outreach, Chronic Homeless Initiative, and Emergency Code Outreach programs while representing the agency to City stakeholders and the Office of Adult Services. Ensure compliance with contract regulations and agency policies, and audit client files for complete, clinically sound documentation. Analyze service delivery gaps, maintain staff schedules, and develop training needs assessments. Conduct investigations, participate in on-call rotation, and respond to emergency hotline calls requiring crisis intervention. Maintain a liaison with cooperating agencies and advocacy groups. Requires a valid driver's license, local travel availability, and potential varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. degree in Human Services/Social Sciences, Healthcare or a related field
- 4 years of experience in the MH/MR or related field
- at least 1 years of supervisory experience
- any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required
- 2-3 years substance abuse experience
- Detail oriented
- Superior assessment skills

- Requires the ability to lift, carry, fold, kneel, reach, stack, stoop and bend
