Job Summary
The Manager, Biomarker Operations oversees day-to-day biomarker operations of Artiva’s clinical trials and is responsible for coordinating sample-related operations with Clinical Operations and external contract research organizations (CROs). The role demands strong communication and project management skills, requiring the successful candidate to manage documentation, ensure timely collection kit preparation, and support CRO audits. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields along with 6 - 8 years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in biology, immunology, or related fields
- 6 - 8 years’ experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Understanding and experience with drug development and clinical trial process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in biomarker sample operation of clinical trials
- Experience working with CROs
- Project management experience
