Job Summary
MANAGER role supporting La Vie en Rose in Saint-Jérôme, QC. Under the regional sales manager, ensure the store runs smoothly, delivers exceptional customer service, meets sales and operational objectives, and upholds corporate standards for service, performance, and visual presentation. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff; optimizing sales, analyzing results, and planning schedules; overseeing HR activities, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed; maintaining inventory and planograms; building brand presence through marketing and visual displays; managing store administration, expenses, and collaboration with mall management.
