Job Summary
Manager, Programmatic (Biddable Media) leads day-to-day programmatic execution for health/pharma client campaigns, driving planning, development, optimization, stewardship, and reporting across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP). Collaborates to implement in-platform best practices, QA checks, audience targeting, and performance narratives. Requires 2-4 years of hands-on programmatic experience, strong Excel and data skills, familiarity with healthcare/pharma programmatic contexts, and a bachelor’s degree or higher. Role is hybrid (3 days in office in New York) with focus on campaign management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent experience
- Experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience building, optimizing and/or reporting on programmatic campaigns
- Familiarity with audience strategy, data partner inputs, brand safety, privacy-safe targeting, tagging, pacing and campaign QA
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and ability to manage large data sets
- Experience supporting healthcare or pharmaceutical programmatic campaigns is a plus

- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Datorama or similar
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience building, optimizing, and reporting on programmatic campaigns
