Job Summary
Strategic Benefits Design Manager focused on harmonizing enterprise-wide benefit programs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive benefits harmonization strategy across multiple business units, aligning programs with Total Rewards objectives, budgeting and financial analysis for benefits transitions, vendor and stakeholder collaboration, plan document updates, governance and compliance with ERISA and related regulations, and leading communication and change management to support program updates and associate education. The role requires analytical mindset, collaboration with Finance and Legal, and the ability to design scalable, cost-effective benefits programs that enhance the associate experience and organizational objectives.
