Job Summary
Lead the service and maintenance team at the Nederweert facility, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while achieving annual targets. Manage financial and operational results for the branch, identify commercial opportunities, and maintain direct contact with clients to schedule maintenance and finalize contracts. Act as authorized representative for Hanab and enforce the VGM policy. Oversee personnel management to foster a professional, safe, and motivating environment. Requires HBO degree, HIT certification, and three years of installation experience. Full-time role with a salary range of €4,000 to €7,055 per month.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- HIT succesvol afgerond
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de installatietechniek i.c.m. woningbouw
- Kennis en ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- In de staat om conceptmatig te denken
- Daadkrachtig, resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
- In bezit van een VCA-VOL certificaat
