Job Summary
Coordinate the team in delivering patient care according to recognized standards and care models. Develop the clinical program and ensure the safety and daily management of assigned behavioral health units or operations. Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues within assigned units. Manage the behavioral health program at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK, reporting to leadership within the organization's family of providers.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree - Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field.
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or
- Alaska Professional Counselor License upon hire or
- Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire or
- Alaska Psychologist License upon hire.
- 5 years- Behavioral health or social services experience.
- 3 years - Management/supervisory experience.
- Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week.
