Job Summary
Coordinate the team in delivering patient care according to recognized standards and the care model. Develop the clinical program and ensure the safety and daily management of assigned behavioral health units and operations. Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues. Manage assigned units or operations within the Providence Alaska Medical Center facility in Anchorage, AK. This full-time, day-shift role requires a Master's degree and five years of behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree - Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field.
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or
- Alaska Professional Counselor License upon hire or
- Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire or
- Alaska Psychologist License upon hire.
- 5 years- Behavioral health or social services experience.
- 3 years - Management/supervisory experience.
- Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week.
