Job Summary
Coordinate the team in delivering patient care according to recognized standards and the care model. Develop the clinical program and ensure the safety and daily management of assigned behavioral health units and operations. Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues, assisting with business plans, fiscal accountability, and resource utilization. Foster change and teamwork while supporting strategic, fiscal, and operational goals. This full-time, day-shift role requires a Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or counseling, plus five years of relevant experience and three years in management.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License
- Alaska Professional Counselor License
- Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License
- Alaska Psychologist License
- 5 years Behavioral health or social services experience
- 3 years Management/supervisory experience
- Monday-Friday, core business hours
- 40 hours per week
- Day Shift
- Full time, 1.0 FTE
- Anchorage, AK
