Job Summary
Coordinate the team in delivering patient care according to recognized standards and the established care model. Develop the clinical program and ensure the safety and daily management of assigned behavioral health units or operations. Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues, while assisting with business plans, fiscal accountability, and resource utilization. Foster change and teamwork to support strategic, fiscal, and operational goals. This full-time, day-shift role at Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK, requires a Master's degree and relevant licensure, offering a base pay range of $52.19 to $82.39.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License
- Alaska Professional Counselor License
- Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License
- Alaska Psychologist License
- 5 years Behavioral health or social services experience
- 3 years Management/supervisory experience
- Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week
