Job Summary
Coordinate the team in delivering patient care according to recognized standards and the care model. Develop the clinical program and ensure the safety and daily management of assigned behavioral health units or operations. Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues within assigned units. This full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift role includes Monday through Friday core business hours. Applicants must possess a master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or counseling along with relevant Alaska licensure and five years of behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree - Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire
- Alaska Professional Counselor License upon hire
- Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire
- Alaska Psychologist License upon hire
- 5 years- Behavioral health or social services experience
- 3 years - Management/supervisory experience
