Job Summary
Manage clinical programming, site operations, and fiscal management for the Memorial Behavioral Health unit while ensuring safe, evidence-based care appropriate for client ages. Interview, select, and retain staff; monitor performance and initiate corrective actions. Lead clinical-based changes by maintaining knowledge of current treatments and trends, and ensure compliance with CARF standards and federal mental health laws. Review monthly expenditures, prepare annual budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies to reduce waste. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate organizational imperatives and foster collaboration with service providers.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or closely related field
- LCPC or LCSW
- Valid Driver's License

- IM+CANS certification
- 5 years' experience in behavioral health care
- direct service experience
- previous supervisory experience
