Form the management team for the polyclinic and day clinic at Arthur van Schendelstraat by collaborating with the Treatment Manager. Lead a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, addiction specialists, and psychiatrists as the primary point of contact for daily operational matters. Develop tactical policy for efficient operations, achieve agreed results and production targets, and prepare accurate monthly management reports. Organize communication and meeting structures while managing complete qualitative and quantitative staffing. Act as the liaison to stakeholders and internal managers, ensuring competence development, safety, and care innovation. Work 32–36 hours per week on a one-year contract with a potential permanent role after 12 months.
