Job Summary
Lead the operational management and strategic direction of the Youth Mental Health Care cluster, balancing professional autonomy with clear oversight across multiple locations in Venray and Venlo. Guide team leaders through organizational change, coach on new role structures, and oversee procurement, financial health, and execution of youth GGZ services. Facilitate the development of a sustainable, financially viable care model while negotiating with chain partners and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with the board and management team to define the future organizational culture and client journey.
Required Qualifications
- hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau
- ruime managementervaring binnen een zorgorganisatie of vergelijkbare omgeving in verandering
- goed op de hoogte van relevante wet- en regelgeving
- aantoonbare ervaring met veranderprocessen en het begeleiden van hoogopgeleide professionals
- kennis van bedrijfsvoering, financiën en relevante wet- en regelgeving
- een stevige, benaderbare leider die richting geeft, verbinding maakt en mensen weet te motiveren
- resultaatgerichtheid met empathie, relativeringsvermogen en oog voor de mens
- een referentiecheck en VOG maken onderdeel uit van de aannameprocedure
