Job Summary
Lead regional B2B marketing for Mastercard's Europe Consumer Solutions, shaping product value propositions, developing launch strategies, and creating sales enablement tools and thought leadership content. Drive demand, adoption, and usage across priority products (consumer credit, debit, prepaid, account-to-account payments, and cardholder services) by leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and multi-channel campaigns, including events and social channels. Collaborate with Global B2B Marketing, Europe Communications, and product teams to localize messaging, build compelling narratives, and measure impact against defined KPIs. Develop buyer-centric materials and tools for Sales, Account, and Marketing teams and ensure cohesive positioning across Digital Products and emerging innovation domains.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing or B2B marketing in technology/payments sector preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop launch strategies and sales narratives
- Experience with multi-channel marketing and events
- Data-driven and KPI-focused
- Collaboration across product, marketing, and sales teams
