Job Summary
Manager-Avon role overseeing day-to-day operations of Antonio's restaurant with ownership mentality across front and back-of-house stations. Leads and trains family crew members and Apprentice, Junior, and Senior Pizzaiolos to ensure shifts run with operational excellence. Responsibilities include hiring support (interviews and involvement in selection), performance reviews and coaching, opening/closing duties (cash handling, inventory, daily reports), guest welcome and experience, ingredient preparation per recipes, strict adherence to food-safety standards, proper equipment handling and cleaning, cooking per Antonio's recipes, maintaining sanitary work stations, floor cleaning, cost controls, and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented team environment. Requires strong knowledge of cooking standards, effective communication, recruitment/training know-how, leadership in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to work up to 55 hours weekly including weekends/holidays; background screening; 21+; and a Pay Range of $45,000-$55,000. Location: Avon, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
- Must be computer literate
- Effectively communicates through verbal and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection and training
- Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
- Server Safe Certified or willing to go through internal SSC Class
- Must be 21+ years of age
