Job Summary
Analyze current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and process mapping. Document as-is process flows, develop optimized procedures, and implement digital/automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to design innovative solutions, align efforts with business objectives, and influence decision-makers with data-driven insights. Lead change management to ensure smooth adoption, deliver training programs, and measure key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams while working with Operations and Finance to realize operational savings. Mentor team members and stay abreast of industry trends in process automation and transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's in business or engineering
- Certifications such as LEAN or Six Sigma
- 12+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and project management
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3/v4, TQM or ISO 9000:2000
- Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques
- Familiarity with automation, data analytics and visualization tools
- Proven experience in business process efficiency, automation and change management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data
- Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
